Chocolate and pumpkin seed cookies - Moje wypieki
These are some of the best chocolate cookies I’ve ever made. Straight from the oven, they taste like warm, chewy pieces of brownie.
Ingredients
- 75 g butter
- 100 g caster sugar
- 70 g soft light brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 125 g plain flour
- 50 g cocoa
- 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 125 g dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
- 50 g pumpkin seeds
- sea salt for sprinkling
