A lovely raw courgette salad with radishes, capers and creamy burrata. A fantastic side dish for a summer barbecue.

- 1 small yellow courgette
- 1 small green courgette
- A few radishes
- 1 small garlic clove
- 2 tsp capers
- 1 lemon
- A glug of olive oil
- A handful of basil
- 1 burrata
