• 1 packaged instant vanilla pudding mix
• 2 1/2 cups cold milk
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1/4 cup Crystal Sugar Confectioners Powdered Sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 4 ounces good quality chocolate
• 1 tablespoon butter
