Ingredients

• 1 small cauliflower cut into small florets
• Handful raw cashew nuts
• 2 large cloves garlic
• Extra-virgin olive oil
• 2 handfuls greens (baby spinach, rocket)
• Small handful coriander roughly chopped
• TurmeriX Dressing: ½ cup cashews, soaked overnight or minimum 3 hours
• 1 tsp TurmeriX
• Juice ½ lemon
• ¼ cup water (add a little at a time until you get consistency you want)
