Ingredients

• 6 cardamom pods, crushed
• Zest of 1 orange
• 250 g granulated sugar
• 150 ml water
• 1 tbsp orange blossom water
• 1 tbsp rose water
• 100 g mozzarella, roughly chopped
• 100 g ricotta cheese, roughly chopped
• 200 g akawi cheese (or mozzarella if you can’t find it)
• 300 g kataifi pastry
• 100 g Lurpak® Unsalted Butter
• 50 g pistachios, shelled and roughly chopped
