• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• ½ cup turbinado sugar
• 1 tablespoon baking powder

• 1 ¾ cups low-fat buttermilk
• 1 cup mashed roasted sweet potato (about 1 large)
• 4 large eggs, lightly beaten
