Esther's Easy Beef and Vegetable Spaghetti Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 green pepper (chopped, or color of your choice)
• 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
• 1 onion (chopped)
• 1 - 2 cloves garlic (minced)
• 28 ounces canned whole tomatoes
• 1 small can tomato paste
• 1 small can tomato sauce
• 1 pound ground beef
• 10 ounces beef broth
• 1/4 teaspoon basil
• 1/8 teaspoon thyme
• 1/8 teaspoon celery salt
• 1 teaspoon rosemary
• 1 teaspoon tarragon
• 1 teaspoon oregano
• 1 teaspoon marjoram
