Lettuce cream soup (almost) as my grandmother used to do it - Fine Transylvania - Cooking blog & mor

Ingredients

• * 1 iceberg salad (you can use all lettuces types)
• * 1 glass of milk
• * 1 tbs of corn starch
• * 6 garlic cloves
• * 1/4 lime (or lemon) juice (back then, they were using apple made vinegar)
• * salt & pepper
• * about 2 liters of chicken broth (or plain water)
• * 30 grams of butter
• * 2 eggs
