If you love lamb (like me) you have to try these cumin lamb skewers. They are too good. Super simple to make thanks to the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 400g lamb shoulder, diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dark soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Rosemary
- 1 tsp Thyme
- 2 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
- Salt and pepper
