Marinated Lamb Skewers Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 kg lamb shoulder or leg , cut into 2-inch cubes
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
• Juice of 2 lemons
• 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp fresh thyme, finely chopped
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• 1 tsp paprika
• Salt and pepper, to taste
