Tuna-Potato Salad

Ingredients

• 1 can tuna in olive oil, drained
• 1 bunch celery, with the leaves for the tang
• 4 potatoes, boiled, cooled and sliced
• 2 eggs, hard-boiled and sliced
• 1 spoon capers
• 2 anchovy fillets
• 1 white onion finely sliced
• Olive oil, for dressing
• Vinegar, for dressing
