Florida Orange Juice Spiced Cookies - Florida Citrus

Ingredients

• ⅔ cup Florida Orange Juice
• 1 ½ cups sugar
• 1 cup margarine or butter, softened
• 1 cup sour cream
• 2 eggs
• 4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• ½ tsp. salt
• 3 tsp. grated Florida Orange peel
• Heat oven to 375° F.
• In a large bowl, use a hand mixer to combine sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
• Add sour cream and eggs and blend well.
• Add remaining cookie ingredients and mix well.
• Place rounded spoonfuls of cookie dough onto a non-greased cookie sheet.
• Bake for 8 to 11 minutes or until edges are light golden brown.
• Remove from cookie sheet to cool, then serve.
