Ingredients

• 1 tsp Wholegrain Mustard
• 30 g Butter Sprinkled over mushrooms
• 225 g Cheddar Cheese Mature or gruyere, grated
• 1 piece Egg Free-range, beaten
• Salt To taste
• 1 piece Black Pepper Freshly ground, to taste
• 2 clove Garlic Roughly chopped
• 1 clove Garlic Crushed
• 80 ml Olive Oil For caramelised onions
• 100 ml Olive Oil For mushrooms
• 2 piece Onion Large, finely sliced
• 6 piece Field Mushroom Large, peeled and trimmed
