Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced on the bias
  • 2 tbsp tamari
  • ½ cup cornstarch, divided
  • 3 tbsp peanut oil
  • Thinly sliced green onion, for garnish
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish
  • 8 oz package sweet potato vermicelli
  • ½ cup boiling water
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 6 heads baby bok choy, halved
  • Sea salt
  • ½ cup unsweetened peanut butter (I used crunchy)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp Sriracha
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 2-4 tbsp water
