• 3/4 cup buffalo hot sauce
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp cracked pepper
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
• 1/3 cup thinly sliced red onion
• 1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
• 2 tbsp ranch dressing
• 2 green onions, thinly sliced
