Ingredients

• 1 medium yellow onion, sliced very thin
• 1 cup (250 mL) tomato, diced small
• 1 1/2 Tbsp. (22 mL) basil minced
• salt & pepper to taste
• 1 ball whole-wheat pizza dough
• 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) cooked chicken cut in strips
• 1 mango peeled and cut into cubes
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) cherry tomato cut in halves
• 1/2 cup (80 ml) ricotta cheese 5% m.f.
• 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) fresh basil leaves
• 3/4 cup (180 mL) shredded mozzarella (15% m.f.)
