Fig & Goat Cheese Cheesecake Bars – FRESHFARM

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
• 1/2 tsp kosher salt
• 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted
• 12 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
• 4 oz goat cheese, at room temperature
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 2 large eggs, at room temperature
• 1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
• zest of one lemon (optional)
• 2 – 3 Tbsp fig jam
• 4 – 6 medium fresh figs, thinly sliced
• 1 Tbsp pure honey, or to taste
