DrBBQ's Smoked Turkey Scotch Eggs - Dizzy Pig Craft Seasonings

- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- 1 tsp Dizzy Pig Mad Max Turkey seasoning (or your favorite poultry seasoning, or a combination of sage and thyme)
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- 1/2 tsp granulated onion
