- 1/2 tsp Bicarbonate of soda
- 2 Lemon zest
- Pinch Salt
- Dash Vanilla extract
- 100ml Belvoir Farm Raspberry and Lemon Cordial (diluted)
- 3x 750g blocks Vegan stick butter (e.g. Flora)
- To taste Pink and red food colouring
- 690g Icing sugar
- 100g Fresh raspberries
