Ingredients

• about 1,5 kg lamb ribs
• 80 ml orange juice
• 15 ml soy sauce
• 30 ml honey
• 60 ml tomato sauce
• 15 ml oil
• salt and freshly ground black pepper
• POTATOES
• 500 g potatoes, peeled and boil
• 250 ml plain yoghurt
• 60 ml mayonnaise
• 30 ml finely chopped fennel
• salt and freshly ground black
