- 1/4 cup grass-fed butter (or coconut oil, plus more for greasing pan)
- 1 organic or pastured egg (beaten)
- 1 teaspoon orange peel (grated)
- 3/4 cup orange juice (fresh-squeezed )
- 1-1/2 cups raisins
- 1-1/2 cups cranberries (fresh or frozen, chopped)
