• 1 (16 oz) cans cannellini or other white beans, drained
• approximately 2 cups vegetable broth
• 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (fresh or dried)
• 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
