Ingredients

  • 1 bunch broccolini, roughly chopped
  • 4 kale or silverbeet leaves, roughly chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, roughly chopped
  • 2 cups baby spinach or rocket
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 100g parmesan or other hard cheese (pecorino or manchego will also work well), coarsely grated
  • 1/2 cup roasted almonds, chopped
  • 1/2 cup olive oil, plus extra
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Sea-salt flakes and cracked black pepper, to taste
  • 500g packet linguine
  • Fresh basil, tarragon or flat-leaf parsley, to garnish
  • Goat’s cheese or extra grated parmesan, to serve
