• 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1/2 cup chicken broth
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
• 8 ounces penne pasta, cooked al dente
• 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil, plus extra for serving (optional)
