• 2 cloves garlic, sliced thin
• 3 scallions, chopped
• 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 10 ounces pork loin, cut into strips
• 1 teaspoon canola oil
• 2 teaspoons sesame oil
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 2 teaspoons sugar
• 3 medium carrots, diced
• 2 cups brown rice, cooked
• 4 cups spinach, rinsed and chopped
• 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
