• 1 tb Fresh Lemon Juice
• 1 1/2 ts Fresh tarragon -- chopped
• 1/8 ts Pepper
• 1/2 c Chopped onion -- finely
• 1/4 c Chopped celery -- finely
• 1/4 ts Salt
