• • 1 cup heavy cream
• • ½ cup vegetable oil
• • 2 eggs – room temp
• • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• • ½ tsp almond extract
• • 1 cup boiling water
• For the Icing
• • 1½ cups butter (3 sticks) – allow to come completely to room temperature
• • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa
• • 5 cups confectioner’s sugar
• • ½ cup milk
• • ½ teaspoon instant espresso
