- <p>2 tbsp (24g) gelatine</p>
- <p>1/2 cup (125ml) water</p>
- <p>1 1/4 cups (275g) caster sugar</p>
- <p>1/3 cup (80ml/120g) Queen Glucose Syrup</p>
- <p>1 tsp Queen Natural Vanilla Concentrated Extract</p>
- <p>200g dark chocolate, chopped</p>
- <p>2 tbsp vegetable oil</p>
