Ingredients

• 5 slices bacon
• 1 leek, diced
• 4 garlic cloves, chopped
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) dry white wine
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) 35% cream
• 1 sheet (200 g/7 oz) store-bought puff pastry, thawed, cold
• 5 1/2 oz (155 g) semi-firm cheese with ripened surface, cubed with the rind
• 1 tbsp tender herb leaves (such as dill, parsley, chives)
