Shrimp Cocktail- Sauce

Ingredients

• 4 Round tomatoes Diced
• 1/2 Yellow onion Diced
• 1(or more) Green jalapeno pepper Diced
• 1/2 bushel Fresh Cilantro Diced
• 2 Large yellow lemons only the juice
• 1 can V8 Juice
• 2 cups Clamato
• 1/2 can Sunkist soda
• 1 bottle Ketchup (Heinz) use shrimp water to rinse out ketchup
• 1 tsp Dark soy sauce
• 2 tsp Tabasco sauce
• 3 tbsp Tapatio
• 3 Large avocadoes diced and with pits
• Salt taste at the end and add as much as desired
