• 675 g Pompano, dressed (Approx 1 )
• ½ cucumber, julienned
• 1 onion, sliced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• Salt to taste
• 3 tbsp vegetable oil
• 3 tbsp tomato sauce
• 1 tbsp Lingham's hot sauce
• 2 tsp sugar
• ½ tsp corn starch
• 60 ml water
