Ingredients

• 10 thin slices of beef, 2 x 3 ¼-inch each
• 1 Tbsp soya sauce
• 1 Tbsp fish sauce
• 2 tsp sesame oil
• 4 Tbsp garlic minced
• 2 Tbsp sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp pepper
• 10 pcs carrots cut into matchsticks
• 10 pcs radish cut into matchsticks
• 10 spring onions, white part only
• 1 Tbsp veg oil
• 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
• Light soya sauce and sliced chillies dip
