Cape Malay Bredie (stew) With Rice recipe by @saadia_b_

Ingredients

• 1 kg lamb pieces
• 1 large onion
• 4 cloves
• 2 bayleaves (optional)
• 4-6 all spice berries
• 3 medium cinnamon sticks
• 1 or 2 whole green chilli
• 3 tomatoes
• 1 tin of whole tomatoes
• ½ tin of tomato puree
• Add 2 teaspoon red ginger garlic paste
• 1.5 teaspoon coriander powder (dhana)
• 3 teaspoon salt
• 3 potatoes, peeled and cut in half
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 1kg of either :
• Green beans
