Coarse salad to-go with Cheddar | Castello®️

Ingredients

• ¼ of small red cabbages
• ½ a fennel bulb
• 1 red onion
• 2 tomatoes
• 8 radishes
• 125 g Castello® Mature Cheddar
• mixed herbs (we’ve used red sorrel, basil, oregano and parsley)
• 6 tbsp olive oil
• 3 tbsp apple apple cider vinegar
• 1 tbsp honey
• salt
• pepper
• 2 tbsp capers
