Chicken Chardonnay Family style Recipe | Samsung Food App

Ingredients

• 1 whole chicken spatchcocked
• 1 cup distilled white vinegar
• 1 cup water
• 1 tsp red pepper flakes
• 1/2 onion thinly sliced
• 3 garlic cloves crushed
• Juice of lime
• 1 tsp peppercorn
• 6-8 Tbsp of softened butter ( unsalted)
• 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
• Salt TT
• Pepper TT
• 2 tbsp Garlic powder
• 1 Tbsp of chicken bouillon powder
• 1 Tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• Epis/green seasoning/sofrito is optional ( i don’t have the recipe for that yet
• 1 Tbsp of the chicken drippings after roasting it
• 8-10 baby bella mushrooms medium sliced
• 1 shallot minced
• 2 garlic gloves minced
• 1/3 cup Chardonnay wine
• 1 pint heavy cream
• 1/2 tsp ground white pepper or To taste
