• 2 12oz bags cubed stuffing mix
• 4 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 large yellow onions , diced
• 12 celery stalks , diced
• 4 sticks salted butter
• 32 fl oz turkey stock
• 10oz jar Weber's Brand Spanish Stuffed Manzanilla Olives
• 1 teaspoon dried sage
• 1 teaspoon dried celery seed
• 1 teaspoon dried thyme
