- 100 gm pasta per person

- 2 tblsp olive oil
- ½ cup chicken stock
- ½ tsp salt
- Lemon Pecorino Dressing:
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/3 cup Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup grated Pecorino cheese
- 2-5 grinds black pepper
