Braai Rib Rack / My Recipe recipe by Mrs Admin (mashuda)

Ingredients

• 2 rib racks marinate in :
• 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
• 5 tablespoon vinegar
• 2 tablespoon Worcester sauce
• 2 tablespoon brown sugar
• 2 tablespoon honey
• 1 tablespoon crushed red chili
• 1 teaspoon crushed black pepper
• 1 tablespoon gorimas pepper steak spice
• 2 freshly squeezed oranges ( if not in season use the frshly squeezed from woolies )
• salt to taste
• ¼ cup jimmys steakhouse bbq sauce
• ¼ cup jimmmys steak house bbq sauce
• 2 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
• 1 teaspoon crushe dred chili
