Ingredients

• 5 strips of bacon, diced
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 2 cups water
• 4-5 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
• 1 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/8 tsp pepper
• 1/3 cup flour
• 2 cups milk
• 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese (slices will work)
