Ingredients
- 3-4 chicken breasts,cooked and diced
- 8-12 oz. creme cheese(I use fat free)
- 2 jalepeno peppers
- 3 T. minced fresh onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 t. ground cumin
- 1 t. chili powder
- 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar(I use 1 1/4 cups fat free & 1/4 cup low fat)
- Stir it all together in a bowl and dip your chips in (or roll in tortillas).
