• 70g light brown sugar
• 70g granulated sugar
• 2 large egg yolks
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 250g all-purpose flour
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips, finely chopped
• 55g salted peanuts, finely chopped
• 1 1/2 cups dark chocolate chips
• 27g salted peanuts, finely chopped
