• 1/2 cup fine caster sugar or white sugar
• 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1/3 cup Irish stout
• 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup cocoa powder
• 1/4 tsp kosher salt
• 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate, chopped and shaved
