- 77g (¼ C plus 2 Tbsp) Sugar
- 10g (1 tbsp + 1 tsp) Cornstarch
- 10g (1 tbsp + 1 tsp) Flour
- pinch of salt
- 100g (about 1 C) Semisweet or bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 80g (about ⅓ C) Heavy cream
