Beef Picadillo with Nopales

Ingredients

• 1 can olives stuffed with jalapeños La Costeña
• 1 can Nopalitos La Costeña
• 3 medium potatoes, diced
• 1/2 yellow onion, chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 bell pepper, any color, finely diced
• 1 carrot, peeled and diced
• 1 lb. Ground beef
• 16 oz tomato purée
• 1 tbsp cumin
• 3/4 cup of stock
• 1/2 cup raisins (optional)
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Cooking oil as needed
