- 2 tsp Rice flour

- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Chaat masala
- 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- Salt to taste
- Oil to fry
- 1 cup Thick curd whisked
- Sugar to taste
- Black salt to taste
- Chaat masala to taste
- 1/4 tsp Red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp Cumin powder
- 3 to 4 tsp Tamarind Chutney sweet
- 3 to 4 tsp Mint chutney
- Coriander leaves for garnish
- Barik sav for garnish
