The Perfect Pizza recipe by Zaakirah

Ingredients

• 500ml cake flour
• 10 ml instant yeast (anchor)
• 5 ml sugar
• 3 ml salt
• 25 ml olive oil
• 175 ml warm water or slightly more to make soft dough
• tomato chutney
• 4 to5 liquidised tomatoes
• 2 tablespoon olive oil
• 2 teaspoon crushed garlic
• 2 teaspoon fresh ground chilies
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
• 2 to 3 cups grated/torn pieces of mozzarella and or cheddar cheese and or parmesan cheese
