Ingredients

• 4 cups Robin Hood ® Original All Purpose Flour
• 1 ½ tsp salt
• 1 ½ cup well-chilled All Vegetable Shortening
• 10-16 tbsp ice cold water
• 1 egg, beaten
• Filling
• 4 cups sliced strawberries
• ½ cup Smucker’s® Pure Strawberry Jam
• Glaze
• 500 mL icing sugar
• 4-6 tbsp milk
• Sprinkles
