Ingredients

• 2 pkg cream cheese (softened)
• 1 cup butter (softened, divided)
• 1 1/2 cup sugar (divided)
• 2 eggs
• 3 1/4 cup flour (divided)
• 5 tsp vanilla (divided)
• 1 pkg shortening (to grease bundt pan)
• 1 cup pecans (divided)
• 2 cup dark brown sugar (firmly packed, divided)
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp nutmeg
• 5 tsp 100% Kona Coffee
• 1 cup canola oil
• 3 cup granny smith apple (peeled and finely chopped (about 1 1/2 lbs.))
• 3 cup cranberries (frozen or fresh, coarsely chopped)
• 2 cup powdered sugar
• 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
• 1 pkg chocolate covered Kona coffee beans (for garnish, if desired)
• 1 apple (nicely shaped for topper)
