• 1 package Active dry yeast 2 1/4 teaspoons
• 3 cups Bread Flour
• 1 tbs Sugar
• 2 teaspoons Salt
• 1/2 lbs Italian sausage
• 1 1/4 cup Mozzarella
• 1 1/4 cups Ricotta cheese
• 2/3 cup Parmesan cheese
• 4 ounces Perpperoni sliced
• 1 1/2 cups Chicken breast cooked and shredded
• 1/2 cup Provolone cheese shredded
• 1/2 cup Ricotta cheese
• 1/4 cup Romano cheese
• 2 tbs Garlic roasted
• 10 ounces Frozen spinach thowed and squeezed dry
