Ingredients

• 200 gm Spinach (cut or chopped)
• 200 gm Jalapeño ((seeded for less heat, if desired), finely chopped)
• 1/4 cup artichoke hearts (drained and roughly chopped)
• 1/4 cup sautéed onions
• 1/2 cup cream cheese
• 3/4 cups sour cream
• 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
• 1 clove chopped garlic
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 1 unit lemon (cut into wedges (optional))
